* Bounce on a trampoline!
* Take a Yoga Class
* Clean your house
* GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE & WORK YOUR BODY…laterally, vertically, core, upper body, lower body, fast twitch, slow twitch, strength, flexibility, anaerobic, aerobic…DO IT – NO EXCUSES…CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
